About Us
Barbara Willoughby has been living in Smiths Falls since 2003 and working in her business of Esthetics, Electolysis, and nails. She has been certified in the Beauty Therapist business since 1987, first working in Cornwall for many years now moved here to Smiths Falls.
Continues her education yearly attending seminars, conferences, workshops, and upgrading.
Besides working in Smiths Falls at Personal Pampering Salon she works part time in Ottawa, at Time for you Electrolysis fully concentrating on Permanent Hair removal.
